The M3 will be closed in both directions between junctions 8 and 9 from 9pm on Friday 23 October until 6am on Monday 26 October.
The closure is needed to safely demolish and remove the northern section of the old roundabout bridge structure above the M3, which is no longer required now that traffic is using the new junction layout.
Please plan ahead, allow extra time for your journey, and familiarise yourself with the diversion routes before travelling.
More information and diversion routes are available on our M3 junction 9 webpage. M3 junction 9 improvements – National Highways
