New Alresford Town Council would like to let you know that Cllr Johnny Dakin has stepped down as Chair of the Council, as he has accepted a job overseas and is preparing to move.
Johnny has been a Councillor since June 2023 and served as Chair of Council since October 2025. He has shown dedication and commitment to the town during his time in office.
While we are sorry to see him step down, we wish him every success and thank him for his service.
